The Strength Oasis was born from a need to help every day individuals and athletes rediscover the difference in customized systems of strength training and nutrition to achieve their goals. We offer personalized 1:1 training by appointment and small group classes in a space designed for inclusivity and excellence.

Our Services

  • 60-90 minute sessions designed to maximize the warm up, stimulus, and recovery required to get to where you need to be. We always start with an assessment and then we take the time to build both short term and long term programming to maximize your results and to make fitness diverse and challenging.

    90 minute sessions are limited so don’t hesitate to ask for availability when you reach out.

    Nutrition services by Gambit Nutrition can be added on to your monthly training plan when desired.

  • Our classes are built around one specific goal. A small group fo six will train together for fat loss, muscle building, or core strength over 9 to 12 weeks.

    As a bonus, each class is encouraged to add on the nutrition coaching provided by our dietitian from Gambit Nutrition to maximize your progress. This add on is discounted for class members.

    These classes are offered starting at 6am and in the evenings.

    6/16/25 Update: We are looking for 6 people to join our 6am class stating 7/1. Join by 7/1 for 100$ off your fits month.

  • Youth training done right. Through play and movement based problem solving, and gradual exposure to strength training we can support any kid, athlete or not.

    Our first priority is to enhance coordination. Over the years we have seen that this is the biggest limiting factor for youth as they age in all sports. The more we can improve coordination with a plethora of movements, the greater their ability to produce more speed, power, and strength.

    These classes are offered in the evenings and on the weekends.

    Just as our adult classes, our youth classes come with nutrition seminars by Gambit Nutrition for parents and kids to help support a healthy lifestyle and the future of these young champions.

    6/16/2025 Update: Summer class starting Saturday mornings or weekday afternoon are open to 10 young ones starting 7/1
