    I’m David, a dedicated personal strength coach with 17 years of experience transforming lives through fitness. At The Strength Oasis, I specialize in helping athletes and individuals build strength, grow muscle, and rebalance their bodies for peak performance and long-term health. My approach is built on a trained eye for detail, allowing me to craft personalized training programs tailored to what your body truly needs. Paired with the right long term vision your personal training program will support you from goal to goal for as long as your heart desires.

My methods aren’t about quick fixes—they demand consistency, effort, and a commitment to how you train, eat, and care for your body.   • Owner of Just Train LLC, and co-founder of our first gym LETS TRAIN LLC. Max started his obsession with all things strength when he helped manage the nutrition components for the Alabama Football team from 2011-2015. That environment of training and performance influenced his eventual pursuit of powerlifting. This step was the catalyst for his next professional leap as a Personal Trainer.

    In his seven years as a trainer in Maryland, Max has developed a love for training kids and adults, athletes and people looking for guidance in how to start training safely and progressively. Max excels at helping beginners and helping kids fall in love with movement and their own performance.

Alan - I have worked with multiple trainers in the past. By far, David is the best. He fully understands the body and knows what steps are required to enhance your overall health. He pushes you but doesn't over do it. The goal is maximum health by doing the correct activities complemented and supported with nutritional recommendations.

Jill - Dave puts the “personal” in personal training. He designs unique plans for each client based on their particular goals, body, strengths and weaknesses. Through observation and tracking, he adjusts the plan so that every week there’s a logical progression to your workouts. He also regularly crafts new plans to ensure you’re training as wide a variety of muscles as possible. Or, if you come in and tell him something is hurting, he’ll design a session, on the fly, that works to address that issue. Dave takes great care with his clients; you can tell he loves what he does. And he’s a lot of fun to work with. I look forward to each and every session (well, maybe with the exception of leg days). Harold - There is a difference in being “trained” and “properly trained”. Many may think proper training is for elite athletes. But it is even more essential to people seeking better conditioning and who are aged past professional sports. You need the type of training that lends your results of improved health and movement, while striving to be the best version of you. The Strength Oasis approach and skill provides such, by getting results designed for you in a manner and method that improves your quality of life while not damaging it through injury plagued poor training.
