I’m David, a dedicated personal strength coach with 17 years of experience transforming lives through fitness. At The Strength Oasis, I specialize in helping athletes and individuals build strength, grow muscle, and rebalance their bodies for peak performance and long-term health. My approach is built on a trained eye for detail, allowing me to craft personalized training programs tailored to what your body truly needs. Paired with the right long term vision your personal training program will support you from goal to goal for as long as your heart desires.

Owner of Just Train LLC, and co-founder of our first gym LETS TRAIN LLC. Max started his obsession with all things strength when he helped manage the nutrition components for the Alabama Football team from 2011-2015. That environment of training and performance influenced his eventual pursuit of powerlifting. This step was the catalyst for his next professional leap as a Personal Trainer.
In his seven years as a trainer in Maryland, Max has developed a love for training kids and adults, athletes and people looking for guidance in how to start training safely and progressively. Max excels at helping beginners and helping kids fall in love with movement and their own performance.
