    Dave puts the “personal” in personal training. He designs unique plans for each client based on their particular goals, body, strengths and weaknesses. Through observation and tracking, he adjusts the plan so that every week there’s a logical progression to your workouts. He also regularly crafts new plans to ensure you’re training as wide a variety of muscles as possible. Or, if you come in and tell him something is hurting, he’ll design a session, on the fly, that works to address that issue. Dave takes great care with his clients; you can tell he loves what he does.
