Jessica

Jessica is a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience in outpatient care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, both from Florida State University. A certified diabetes educator since 2010, she has worked in diverse clinical and fitness settings and served as an adjunct professor at George Mason University and Montgomery County Community College. She specializes in weight loss, metabolic health (including all forms of diabetes), and hormonal balance, with particular expertise in perimenopause and menopause.

As Women’s Longevity Training and Nutrition Coach at The Strength Oasis, Jessica provides holistic, individualized care through the integration dietary strategies, exercise, lifestyle optimization, and supplementation to create sustainable plans that drive lasting improvements in health and body composition.

Jessica is passionate about empowering women of all ages to achieve their goals through education, dedication, and self-belief—one strategic step at a time.

With a focus on sustainable progress, he builds a foundation of habits and consistency with you so that you can achieve your goals while moving better, becoming stronger, and feeling more resilient.

Sergio is a U.S. Navy veteran with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and over nine years of experience in the health and fitness industry. His mission is to help people build healthier, stronger lives through practical and sustainable fitness.


As a husband and father of two, he understands how important it is to find balance between family, work, and personal wellness. Sergio is passionate about making fitness simple and accessible while still being effective.

Sergio began as an intern in 2025 and has now decided to join The Strength Oasis part -time. He thrives when helping others create lasting habits that lead to long-term health and confidence. If that sounds like what you need, Sergio is here to help.
