David

Jessica

Jessica is a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience in outpatient care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, both from Florida State University. A certified diabetes educator since 2010, she has worked in diverse clinical and fitness settings and served as an adjunct professor at George Mason University and Montgomery County Community College. She specializes in weight loss, metabolic health (including all forms of diabetes), and hormonal balance, with particular expertise in perimenopause and menopause.

As Women’s Longevity Training and Nutrition Coach at The Strength Oasis, Jessica provides holistic, individualized care through the integration dietary strategies, exercise, lifestyle optimization, and supplementation to create sustainable plans that drive lasting improvements in health and body composition.

Jessica is passionate about empowering women of all ages to achieve their goals through education, dedication, and self-belief—one strategic step at a time.

As a husband and father of two, he understands how important it is to find balance between family, work, and personal wellness. I’m passionate about making fitness simple and accessible while still being effective. I thrive when helping others create lasting habits that lead to long-term health and confidence.
